Yamaha US to acquire IoT systems manufacturer

Full acquisition of remote monitoring firm to be completed by end of this year. Yamaha Motor USA has announced its intention to acquire remote monitoring and marine IoT systems manufacturer Siren Marine. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
